Note di degustazione
14 months in oak. Slightly deeper citrus aroma than on the Champs Gains. Even more creamy. Rich and gently spicy, attractively chalky, too. Deep, chalky, long. (JH)

The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Vergers 1er Cru has a well-defined bouquet that opens nicely in the glass, with hints of mirabelle and orange blossom—pretty, though not the most complex you will find. The palate is well-balanced, with a little viscosity on the entry neatly countered by the acidity. A touch of white pepper keeps it fresh, though the finish is a little short.
Aromas of pear, pastry cream and white flowers introduce the 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers, a medium to full-bodied, ample and seamless wine that's pure and racy.
