The Digital Content Intern supports FINE+RARE’s digital activity by helping prepare, upload, maintain, and quality-check content across key digital channels.
This role is focused on the practical execution of content across the website, email, social media, paid campaigns, organic channels, and audience communications. The intern will support the Digital Performance & Audience Executive by helping ensure that content is accurate, commercially relevant, well-organised, on-brand, and delivered on time.
The role is ideal for someone at the start of their digital marketing career who wants to build experience across content, social media, ecommerce, campaign delivery, and luxury brand communications.
The Digital Content Intern helps the business answer: Is our content accurate, live, on-brand, and supporting commercial activity.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Digital Content Support
Support the upload, formatting, QA, and maintenance of content across FINE+RARE’s digital platforms, including:
• Website content
• Product and offer pages
• Landing pages
• Email content
• Campaign assets
• Editorial and educational content
• Paid media and social content support
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and aligned with campaign timelines.
Support with content checks including links, images, spelling, pricing, tagging, tracking links, and audience segmentation where relevant.
2. Website & Campaign Content Operations
Assist the Digital Performance & Audience Executive with the day-to-day coordination of digital campaign content.
Support campaign launches by helping ensure that content assets are prepared, uploaded, tested, and ready on time.
Help maintain digital content calendars, campaign trackers, and content status documents.
Work with internal teams to gather the information required for digital content, including product details, pricing, imagery, tasting notes, event information, and campaign copy.
3. Email & Audience Content Support
Support the preparation and QA of email campaigns, including content formatting, image checks, link checks, audience checks, and basic performance inputs where required.
Assist with maintaining email content accuracy, including offer details, product information, imagery, links, calls to action, and audience relevance.
Help organise and tag audience content so that campaigns are clear, well-structured, and easy to manage.
4. Social Content Support
Support the preparation, organisation, and scheduling of content for FINE+RARE’s social media channels.
Assist with social content tasks including:
• Preparing post copy
• Sourcing and organising imagery
• Checking product and campaign details
• Supporting social content calendars
• Formatting content for different platforms
• Helping maintain consistency of tone, style, and brand presentation
Support the Digital Performance & Audience Executive with social campaign activity by ensuring social content is accurate, timely, and aligned with wider digital campaigns.
Assist with basic social performance tracking where required, including engagement, clicks, reach, and content performance.
Help identify which types of social content support audience engagement, product interest, campaign visibility, and traffic to the website.
5. Content QA & Digital Standards
Help ensure that digital content is accurate, properly tagged, and correctly tracked before launch.
Support checks across desktop and mobile to ensure that content appears correctly and provides a strong user experience.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, especially where content includes pricing, product information, availability, market-specific details, or commercial calls to action.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field
• Prior experience in a similar marketing role with a passion for luxury brands
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Competency in core Adobe CS, Figma, and MS Office software
• Experience developing and scheduling content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
• Experience using CMS platforms for curating website content
• Proven communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Good time management and prioritization skills, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines
• Good understanding of a range of print and online design processes

The Events & Content Executive supports the activation of HOME in Hong Kong as both an experiential brand space and a commercially effective local marketing channel.
This role supports events, client experiences, local content creation, website merchandising, email marketing, and the promotion of collector items across the Hong Kong market.
The position is ideal for someone interested in luxury, wine, hospitality, events, content, digital marketing, and commercial storytelling. It provides hands-on experience across physical brand experiences and digital execution, helping turn local activity into measurable engagement, traffic, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
JOB PURPOSE + AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Events Support
Support the planning and delivery of events hosted at HOME, including tastings, dinners, client appointments, trade events, brand activations and private experiences.
• Assisting with event preparation, guest lists, briefing documents, and run-of-show materials
• Supporting room setup, product display, menus, gifting, collateral, and hospitality details
• Helping coordinate suppliers, catering, florists, photographers, and other event partners

Local Content Creation
Support the creation of content that reflects the Hong Kong market, HOME events, local client moments, producer visits, and regional brand activity.

• Drafting captions, content notes, event summaries, and local story ideas

Commercial Marketing, Website Merchandising & Email Support
Support day-to-day local marketing execution across owned channels, helping ensure Hong Kong-relevant collector items, rare wines, campaigns and offers are presented accurately, commercially, and in line with FINE+RARE brand standards.
• Assisting with website and content updates, including campaign pages, product features, image uploads, and catalogue merchandising
• Supporting the merchandising of collector items, rare wines, special parcels, and commercially important selections
• Checking website content for accuracy, including copy, imagery, links, pricing visibility, product details, and availability messaging
• Assisting with email marketing activity, including offer emails, collector highlights, editorial newsletters, and local campaign sends

The Vice President, Sales – U.S. will provide senior sales leadership for the US market, supporting the Managing Director, Sales in driving revenue growth, Key Account development and consistent commercial execution across New York, California and wider US growth markets.
Based in New York, the role will play a key part in scaling US sales performance, strengthening Account Manager productivity and building a more proactive, commercially focused sales culture. Working closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers and relevant cross-functional teams, the Vice President, Sales – US will ensure sales activity is focused on the clients, sectors and opportunities with the greatest potential to drive revenue growth, retention and long-term value.
The role will be central to sharpening Account Manager focus across the US, moving the business from broad customer coverage to a more disciplined customer segmentation and Key Account model, while ensuring lower-value or lower-engagement segments are managed effectively through scalable brand, digital, CRM and campaign-led activity.
The role will provide dedicated senior sales leadership for the US market, where there is significant growth opportunity across New York and the West Coast. US Sales Leadership and Execution
