Spiced apple and complex floral tones on the nose. Ripe, sweet and full, with apple and pear flavors lifted by flowers. As broad as this is, it's a rather elegantly styled Batard with no impression of heaviness. Finishes dry but rich, with palate-dusting spice character and very good persistence.
