Note di degustazione
Pale, green-tinged color. Lemon ice and acacia flower on the nose. Juicy and intense, showing the creamy quality displayed by the Folatieres. There's nothing hard about this round wine. Etienne de Montille says this is slower to reveal itself than the Folatieres, but I find this very rich wine virtually drinkable right now. And there's at least as much saline, minerally energy in the Folatieres.

Pale, green-tinged color. Lime, menthol and wet stone on the nose. Then surprisingly fat and sweet, and denser than the premier crus. Very ripe flavors of grapefruit and wet stone spread out impressively to saturate the palate. Wonderfully pure but quite backward.
