Punteggio 96/100 · Da bere 2027-2037, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Feb 2026

The 2024 Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche Grand Cru has turned out beautifully, wafting from the glass with aromas of confit citrus, yellow orchard fruit, wheat toast, wet stones and white flowers. Full-bodied, ample and satiny, it’s dense and seamless, with excellent concentration, purity of fruit and persistence.

The 2024 Montrachet Grand Cru (Marquis de Laguiche) has a bright entry, citrus lemon, vervain and light crushed stone scents blossoming in the glass. The palate is fresh and tensile, focused and leesy in style. It gains weight and amplitude towards the finish which is exactly what you want from a "Monty". Again, this will fill out during the second winter in barrel. Simmers with sophistication.

Punteggio 17.5/20 · Da bere 2033-2045, Jancis Robinson MW, Jan 2026

Cask/tank sample. Not the richest grand cru with quite a strong skein of acidity. Don’t touch this for quite a while but it should eventually be one of the most elegant 2024 Montrachets. Light bitterness on the end. (JR)
