The 2024 Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot ler Cru is a step up from the Embazées this year, with more delineation and terroir expression, a touch of white flower and lanolin infusing the malic fruit. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity. Quite cohesive, full of tension with a composed and slightly creamy finish, this is a lovely Chassagne-Montrachet that grows on you. Delicious

Mid lemon yellow. A slightly waxy concentrated white Morgeot fruit, with some more exotic ripe perfume. The fruit rolls over the palate in waves, not the broadest wine that Morgeot can be, but with definition and notable length.
Informazioni sul produttore

Louis Jadot is arguably the most consistent négociant house in Burgundy. It has managed to straddle both the entry-level and fine wine market, while retaining respect in both.
