Note di degustazione
The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet Les Combettes 1er Cru has a classy, well-defined bouquet with just a slight reduction. The fresh, poised palate is medium-bodied, offering hints of almond and white chocolate and a slap of salinity on the taut, linear finish. This is closed at the moment, but I feel there is real potential here. Give it a couple of years in bottle. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.

(13.9% natural alcohol): Pale light yellow. Sexy scents of clove, fresh herbs and hazelnut, plus a leesy nuance. Silky, lively and deep, with its considerable power leavened by inner-mouth spicy, floral lift. Very 2015 in its thickness and palate presence but the finish displays excellent cut and grip, staining the palate with savory minerality.
