Note di degustazione
Ineffable high-pitched aromas of quinine, white pepper, mint and cinnamon. Dense, juicy and energetic but very tightly coiled today. Offers superb energy and definition to its pineapple and crushed stone flavors. Finishes very dry and long, with a tactile impression of dry extract and piquant lemon and mineral nuances. In a very elegant style. Pillot noted that the crop level here was just 30 hectoliters per hectare. Beginning with his set of 2005s, Pillot has bottled during the second April.

Delicate and racy but with enough ripe fruit, too. True to the vineyard with a little bit of accentuated nerve. Very well done. Lots of real depth. Mass appeal. (JR)
Highly nuanced nose offers powdered stone, almond flower, peach pit, lemon and mint. Dense, dry, full and classy, with serious saline minerality and a crushed rock element contributing to a tactile impression of extract. The rising finish shows a youthful lemony austerity that suggests a slow and positive evolution. Wonderfully soil-inflected wine.
