Light to medium-bodied and sporting a nose of nutty minerals, the 2002 Chassagne-Montrachet La Maltroie is a wine of excellent depth, flesh, and length. Loads of hazelnuts are intermingled with citrus fruits and spices in its detailed, lengthy character. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
