2014 Puligny Montrachet Clos de La Truffiere

Pale, bright yellow. Sexy if restrained nose offers scents of peach, pineapple, lemon and clove. Fat, sweet and ripe; rounder than the Dents de Chien but the yellow peach and pineapple flavors are nicely framed on the long finish by dusty tannins and firm minerality. This fruit, too, was harvested with barely 12% potential alcohol.
