Note di degustazione
Colin's 2010 Puligny-Montrachet Les Demoiselles is gorgeous. Sweet floral notes, mint, vanilla and spices all come together in this layered, beautifully expressive Burgundy. At times, more exotic notes emerge from the glass. The Demoiselles is mostly about understated elegance, and there is no shortage of that here. This is a super-impressive showing from Michel Colin. A long, polished finish rounds things out in style.

Colin’s sons help out with these three wines, all of which are terrific in 2010. Importer: Palm Bay International, Boca Raton, FL; tel. (561) 362-9642
Gosh – what a price! Unfortunately this was served so cool that it is difficult to discern its, still hidden, depths. It is pretty snazzy and reveals, in a peacock’s tail finish, lot of pzazz on the end. Well sculpted and with fully ripe fruit in which the acidity doesn’t dominate. Impressive sculpture – and length.
