2021 Barolo Ginestra

The 2021 Barolo Ginestra is a potent, brooding wine. A blast of dark cherry, spice, new leather, tobacco, incense and chocolate races across the palate. The 2021 exudes textural depth from start to finish. There's a bit more new oak as well, but it works nicely in taming some of the natural tannic heft of this site. Rose petal, blood orange, cinnamon and dried herbs build into the explosive finish.
