Note di degustazione
Pale, bright yellow. Aromas of pear, spices and menthol. Suave, sweet and intensely flavored, showing a fine-grained texture to its flavors of spiced pear, white peach and citrus fruits. A touch of sweetness is nicely countered by minerality. Finishes firm and persistent. Offers a light touch but the Vergers may ultimately be better.

The 2014 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriotte has a detailed bouquet that is a little coquettish at first, requiring more aeration than the others, but it covets an enticing chalkiness that is only revealed after five minutes aeration. The palate is very refined and probably the most saline of all the Chassagne from this domaine, the acidity well executed with real tension and vitality on the finish. This is a "killer" wine from Fontaine-Gagnard.
Pale, bright yellow. Reticent but pure aromas of pear, ginger, clove and menthol. Fine-grained and sweet, conveying attractive inner-mouth spicy lift to its musky white fruit flavors. This youthfully tight, firmly built wine needs a racking.
