Note di degustazione
Bright medium yellow. Uncanny complexity to the vibrant aromas of peach, minerals, citrus peel and musky white flowers. The suavest of these 2015s, boasting superb inner-mouth energy and sappiness to its flavors of pear, white peach, spices and crushed stone. In spite of its serious volume and creamy notes of crème anglaise and vanilla, this grand cru remains seamless and light on its feet, saturating the entire mouth without leaving any impression of weightiness.

(this wine finished its malolactic fermentation very late, at the end of April): Bright medium yellow. Wild, musky nose shows a nutty oxidative quality and needs a sulfur treatment. Superripe, tactile and fat, with a saline complexity and surprising acidity and thrust. Showing little easy sweetness of fruit today, this very dry, dense, soil-driven wine is hard to assess. But it appears to be the longest of this set of 2015s, saturating the palate with ripe apple and saline minerality.
