2023 St Aubin Cuvee Luce

The 2023 Saint-Aubin Village Luce is named after Damien Colin's maternal grandmother and comes from three different plots. There is quite a pronounced marine influence here, with a touch of the old shucked oyster shells coming forth. The palate is well balanced with a pithy entry. Perhaps, to quibble, the palate doesn't quite match the promise of the aromatics on this showing, hence my prudent score. But it may have something up its sleeve for later.
