Bright medium red. Subtle perfumed aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, minerals, menthol and licorice. Juicy, precise and energetic, with distinctly dark fruit flavors enlivened by a strong spine of acidity. But this wine is very closed today, and will need longer aging than its 2014 sibling.

Bright red. Redcurrant, raspberry and underbrush on the nose. Good cut and definition to the red fruit and mineral flavors, along with a light herbal streak. Finishes with dusty tannins and a sensation of mineral grip. Boillot planned to fine these wines a week after our tasting in November as he was finding the tannins a bit dry.
