Note di degustazione
Bright, very pale yellow. Lemon curd, green apple, crushed rock, vanillin oak, mint and a floral note on the nose. Juicy, stony and intense, with good chewy extract and ripeness carried by strong lemony thrust. Finishes tactile and dry, with a note of menthol and a suggestion of youthful tartness.

Creamy, spicy oak dominates the nose at the moment but there’s lively citrus too. Quite forceful on the palate, deep and creamy in texture and mouth-wateringly fresh on the finish. Very crisp but has the fruit to carry the acidity. (JH)
