The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Abbaye de Morgeot 1er Cru feels quite reductive on the nose, and as such, it lacks the brightness and complexity of its peers. The palate is balanced and taut, with modest depth, though it cannot replicate the complexity of the top wines in this flight.
