Ripe green fruits and a herbal edge plus a light smoky dustiness of pure Chablis. Inimitable. Even with the precision and freshness, there is a lovely generosity in the mouth, not rich but somehow rounded and silky. Woody (not oaky), almost cedary on the finish. (JH)
