Note di degustazione
The 2019 Pauillac de Latour is as good as any vintage in recent years, aromas of cassis and ripe plums soar out of the glass, complemented by notes of spice and a herbal, almost menthol, lift. Medium- to full-bodied, this wine is so supple and elegant, bursting with crunchy fruit and violets that coat the palate. The soft tannins lead to a long and satisfying finish. This is so approachable now but shows plenty of promise for the future. Blend: 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.

Blackberries, truffle, cigar box, cedar, and leafy herbs form the nose. The wine is medium-bodied, fresh, vibrant, edgy, and loaded with chalky tannins, and cassis. This is ready and delicious now, plus, it is going to continue improving from here. The wine blends 55.8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38.8% Merlot, and 5.4% Petit Verdot, 14.8% ABV.
A rocking little Pauillac, the 2019 Le Pauillac De Château Latour has ripe, upfront aromatics of red and black currants, smoke tobacco, and spicy wood that carry to a medium-bodied, supple, layered, nicely balanced wine that has enough tannins to evolve for 20 years or more.
This has chocolate, cedar and walnuts as well as some currant aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied with some lovely fruit and juiciness.
