Note di degustazione
The 2021 Chablis Les Fourneaux 1er Cru was hugely impressive from barrel. Now, in bottle, it explodes from the glass with mineral-rich scents, flinty with hints of dried honey (like last time). The well-balanced palate has a superb bead of acidity, with salinity and tension that evoke images of a wintry sea. Brilliant.

Revealing aromas of citrus zest, white flowers, clear honey and beeswax, the 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Fourneaux is medium to full-boiled, suave and seamless, with good purity of fruit and an impressively persistent finish.
Citrus and crushed stones on the nose. Lovely combination of mineral notes and lemon cream. Deeply fruited without any sense of weight. Perfect balance of body, fruit and freshness. (JH)
The 2021 Chablis Les Fourneaux 1er Cru has a superb bouquet with scents of dried honey, wax resin and flinty aromas, powerful and very well focused. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh, lovely salinity lending tension and persistence on the finish. As good a Fourneaux as you will find.
