2020 Chablis Les Preuses

A beautifully layered nose combines notes of citrus and mineral reduction with those of white flower and shellfish along with just enough wood to notice. There is excellent volume to the bigger, richer and more powerful yet refined flavors that also possess plenty of dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the balanced and impressively lingering finish. This classy effort is also extremely promising.
