Domenico Clerico's 2012 Barolo Ciabot Mentin Ginestra is a beautifully meaty and succulent wine. It opens to an enriched and dark appearance with beautiful garnet and ruby highlights. The bouquet sports wide shoulders with dark fruit, spice, tar and toasted hazelnut. In the mouth, it shows depth, succulence and power.
