Note di degustazione
Aromas of white flowers, orange zest, oyster liquor and exotic top notes preface the 2021 Chablis Village, a medium to full-bodied, satiny wine built around an assertive spine of acidity, concluding with a somewhat mordant finish.

Starting to show the cedary side of Chablis thanks to the extra time in bottle (it is unoaked), but still primary in its fruit. Sour-fresh on the palate, first signs of complexity. Tight but starting to fill out on the mid palate and has really impressive concentration for a straight Chablis. (JH)
A slightly sweaty first impression. Peppery and distinctive. Much purer and more vibrant citrus on the palate. Lovely clean lines and a long, mouth-watering finish. (JH)
The 2021 Chablis Grands Terroirs comes from three parcels. This has fine definition and mineralité on the nose with scents of flint and smoke. The palate is fresh on the entry with a fine bead of acidity, crisp and precise with an effervescent finish. Recommended.
