The 2019 Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, of which there is just one used barrel, has a strict bouquet with apple blossom, granite and light fumé aromas. Wonderful precision as you often find in Lamy's jewels. The palate is well balanced with fine delineation, very precise and mineral-driven. It seems to unfold wonderfully and feels persistent and sapid on the finish. It will not be easy to find, but it will be worth the hunt.
