The palate is very focused, with fine delineation and mineralité. It is tightly-wound towards the finish with a twist of bitter lemon lingering on the aftertaste.

The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Les Tremblots Haute Densité possesses another dimension of depth and concentration. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of pear, orange oil and peach mingled with white flowers, lime zest and mint, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and seamless, with chalky structure and a long, resonant finish.

The Haute Densité Tremblots has a very pale colour with a lime tint. The nose suggests enormous density but is mineral and strict. Too tight to give much up at the moment, more flesh and texture behind. Go back and taste the regular and you can see a difference, gorgeous though the regular wine is!
