The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles (Maison Louis Jadot) reveals notes of pear, white flowers, lemon oil and smoke. Medium to full-bodied, ample and elegantly layered, it's a comparatively bright, chiseled wine in this rich, concentrated vintage.

The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Les Pucelles 1er Cru has the finest bouquet of Jadot’s Puligny Premier Crus, offering precise, flinty green apple aromas that intensify in the glass. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, saline in the mouth, and very harmonious, leading to a vivid, poised finish. Excellent, but it deserves bottle age.
