Note di degustazione
Quite a rich white Burgundy, but easy to understand and enjoy now, because of its creaminess and the wide spectrum of fruit aromas â apples, pears, citrus fruit and peaches. The finish is long, supple and lively. Drink or hold.

Aromas of crisp peach, honey pears and spices introduce the 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot, a medium to full-bodied, round and ample wine with succulent acids and a gourmand, expressive profile.
Aged in oak barrels (35% new) for 12 months. Tank sample. Lovely caramelised fruit on the nose and palate – rich, layered, creamy – but with great zip on the finish to keep everything fresh. Attractive stony notes on the finish – this has a lot going for it. (RH)
