Note di degustazione
Cask sample. White fruit, pin-sharp acidic structure and plenty of concentrated apple fruit. Plenty of mass here, but their village Puligny has the more interesting flavour range, at present. (RH)

Round and precise. Correct for early drinking. (JR)
Since the 2014 vintage, the Puligny-Montrachet Les Charmes includes a hectare parcel next to Meursault Charmes, which Alain believes has improved the overall blend. I would not disagree. The 2015 Puligny Montrachet les Charmes has a perfumed bouquet with apple blossom, gooseberry and slate-like aromas. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry, a keen line of acidity, harmonious and poised with a lively nervosité on the finish. This is worth seeking out and marks a step up in quality from the village cru.
