2014 Chablis Les Preuses

The 2014 Chablis Grand Cru les Preuses has a crisp, slightly peachy bouquet with just a dab of wild honey in the background. I'd like to see a little more spiciness develop here. The palate is quite "playful" on the entry. It is embroidered with a fine line of acidity, although it needs a little more complexity towards the finish that belatedly deliver the Preuses-like spicy edge.
