Bright yellow. Pure, expressive nose melds yellow peach, flowers, hazelnut and minerals; smells concentrated and young. Fine-grained and sweet on entry, then a bit more taut in the middle palate, with good mineral energy and almost appley acidity giving the wine surprising inner-mouth tension. Finishes ripe but dry and classic and quite long, with solid mineral support but no phenolic character. The crop level was a full 48 hectoliters per hectare here.
