Note di degustazione
Bright pale yellow. Slightly reduced aromas of yellow peach, mint, macadamia and smoky oak are complicated by a leesy nuance. Highly concentrated, tactile wine; broad and dry but creamy too, offering flavors of yellow peach, smoke and minerals. Finishes long, with a hint of sweetness from its rich texture. The estate has four barrels of this wine, one of them new, versus a normal nine.

(just two barrels made, versus a normal nine; Boudot's vines are in en la Richarde, on marne blanche soil rich in calcaire , not far from Chevalier-Montrachet and at the same altitude): Pale color. Subtle aromas of flowers, mint and smoke. Shows a strong ripe peach quality along with smoky minerality. Suave and understated, and not as adamantly dry today as the Perrières. Lovely concentrated, saline wine with length and class.
