Note di degustazione
Lots of butter here, which threatens to unbalance the flavours. Ripe fruit with great concentration but it can't escape the dairy note. (RH)

The 2014 Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru has a delightful, mineral-driven nose with touches of white flower and baking powder infusing the comely citrus fruit. The palate is very well balanced with nicely integrated oak. It does not quite have the tension or length of say, Olivier Lamy's Criots, but there is refinement and tenderness here, with hints of almond and coconut delicately interwoven on the finish. Lovely.
Informazioni sul produttore

Although the Bichot family settled in the region in 1350, Albert Bichot was founded in 1831 by Bernard Bichot. Today the producer is one of Burgundy’s most respected, making wines from both its own vineyards and with purchased fruit.
