Note di degustazione
The 2015 Chassagne-Montrachet le Concis du Champs, which Olivier Lamy reminded me is always the first to be harvested, has a lovely pear and light gooseberry-scented bouquet, a touch of mint developing with time. The palate is crisp and lively with a fine line of acidity, harmonious and graceful with a very poised and charming finish. What a lovely wine to drink over the next 5-6 years.

(from a single parcel of vines with an average age of ten years, planted at a density of 14,000 per acre): Reduced aromas of musky pear and smoke. On the palate, peach and smoke flavors are carried by insinuating lively acidity. Offers good density and energy for village wine.
