Note di degustazione
Pale yellow. Expressive aromas of apple and spices lifted by a floral quality. Juicy, sweet and nicely concentrated, conveying a ripe yellow fruit impression without any excess weight. A saline element gives definition and lift to the finish. A very ripe premier cru in the style of the vintage but less phenolic than the Garenne.

The 2015 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Hameau de Blagny has a lively, granitic, slightly smoke-scented bouquet that delivers a little more energy compared to the Champs Gain. The palate is fresh and vibrant with crisp acidity, plenty of slate-tinged citrus fruit with a composed, very focused finish that fans out with confidence. This is a great Puligny from Benoît and it comes highly recommended.
(the highest in alcohol of these 2015s at 14.1%, and in residual sugar at 2 grams): Deep, ripe aromas of yellow peach, clove and lichee verge on exotic. Fat, rich and full, with a slight heaviness to the flavors of yellow fruits and spices. A captivating touch of sweetness buffers the impression of alcohol and the wine's spicy finish refreshes the palate.
