2015 Chassagne Montrachet Les Caillerets

The 2015 Chassagne-Montrachet En Cailleret 1er Cru has an open and expressive bouquet with wild honey, white flowers and just a touch of melted butter emanating from the glass. The palate is well balanced, quite fleshy and creamy in texture, with lower acidity and veins of crème brûlée towards the finish. I would drink this in the near future, as it is probably a couple of years past its peak.
