Note di degustazione
Bright, light yellow. Pure, subdued scents of lemon zest, fresh apricot and flowers. Offers a lovely pliant texture and a classic dryness to its flavors of lemon, orange and minerals. This nicely concentrated, supple premier cru finishes with more length than the Referts or Garenne, with a touch of saline minerality giving grip to the finish.

The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes has an attractive nose: citrus fruit, yellow plum and a touch of egg whites all nicely defined. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, quite spicy and lively, although the finish seems to close the show early and clams up. Give it 3-5 years once in bottle and it should stretch its wings.
Tank sample. Some savour and raciness on top of the ample ripeness. Good drive and density. (JR)

Louis Jadot is arguably the most consistent négociant house in Burgundy. It has managed to straddle both the entry-level and fine wine market, while retaining respect in both.
