Note di degustazione
The 2015 Puligny Montrachet has a reserved green apple and fresh kiwi fruit scented bouquet, an underlying granitic scent that becomes more evident with aeration. The palate is crisp and lively on the entry: fresh pear and grapefruit, a keen line of acidity and an appealing sour lemon note on the finish that begs you back for another sip. This is a fine village cru from Pernot.

Cool and appetising with the lightest of suggestions of honey and substance on the palate. Rather scrummy really. Early maturing but lots of delivery. (JR)
Slightly green-tinged color. Fresh white peach and a touch of reduction on the nose that carries onto the palate. Nicely high-pitched, offering flavors of lemon verbena, candied lime rind and spices. Pernot also showed me a sample he pulled before the racking a month before my visit. While it was fatter and deeper, it was also more minty and less precise.
