The estate's 2007 Barolo is a beautifully balanced wine. The aromas and flavors are a bit forward, but the wine compensates with its fullness and appealing personality. Dried plums, flowers, mint, sweet herbs and tobacco are some of the aromas that frame the finish. This is an excellent choice for drinking over the next few years.
