Note di degustazione
Very spicy and slightly reductive, with struck-match aromas. Mouth-watering mid palate and finish. Very crisp and rather lean now. (JH) Dense, smoky and big – though in size rather than complexity. Not the most expensive Grand Cru, but far from the subtlest. If you like size, this is for you. (JR)

(tasted from a new barrel) Superripe but extremely closed following the recent malo; strongly minerally in character. Creamy-sweet but with terrific inner-mouth energy thanks to vibrant, harmonious acidity. This has volume and thickness of texture that reminded me of some outstanding older vintages of this wine, which is from vines planted in the 1920s.
