Note di degustazione
(negociant wine) Expressive aromas of peach, flowers, menthol and stone. Sweet but brisk and tightly wound, even a bit youthfully strict. Not yet complex but boasts very good intensity and precision. And there's nothing heavy about this 2005. Give it at least three or four years in the cellar.

Peach, spices and butter on the nose. Dry, firm and fresh, with a peach flavor complemented by steely minerality and framed by lovely acidity. This boasts excellent energy and typicity. The 2005 vintage was at its best from Meursault Charmes across most of Puligny-Montrachet, opines Boillot, because these normally minerally terroirs reached complete ripeness.
Fine, rich, satisfying and deep. Not desperately complex nd long term but a lovely wine for the short term. (JR)
