(bottled on the morning of my visit) Pretty aromas of peach and flowers. Supple and suave if a bit youthfully tight, with good acid lift framing the flavors of lime, minerals, crushed stone and flowers. This shows noteworthy power and length for village wine.
Fine, racy, lacy-tdxtured – quite tigh-knit but still that creaminess too. Very confident. Much less evolved than the Bourgogne Blanc. Tight, dense, lime cream flavours. (JR)
Pale, green-tinged color. Subtle, pure aromas of lime, lemon and mint. Bright and on the lean side, with very good cut thanks to juicy limey acidity. A bit warm on the back.
