The 2010 Promis is quite pretty in this vintage. This is a very different Promis from previous years as the style is built more on freshness and minerality than overt fruit. Black cherries, flowers, mint and spices come to life in this vibrant, mid-weight Promis that is all about grace. With time in the glass, the wine opens up beautifully.
