1997 Volnay Clos du Chateau des Ducs

The light to medium ruby-colored Volnay Clos du Chateau des Ducs has a fabulous nose of candied cherries, and red and black fruit syrups. On the palate, it exhibits marvelous breadth, a medium to full body, sublime elegance, structure, and a floral, black cherry-dominated flavor profile.
