Note di degustazione
Bright, light yellow. Lovely lift to the aromas of peach, white flowers, noble herbs and delicate brown spices. Classic 2010 white Burgundy in its combination of sheer concentration and sappy energy. Offers outstanding cut to its flavors of white fruits, flowers and minerals. For all its density, there's nothing thick about this young wine. The bracing, gripping finish features outstanding length and great finesse.

(just finished its malo): Pure aromas of white flowers, butter and coconutty oak. Rich, supple and suave, with lovely sweet fruit enlivened by penetrating acidity. Less minerally than the Meursault Perrieres that preceded it but wonderfully silky, dry and long on the aftertaste. Wines from Puligny-Montrachet were higher in acidity in 2010 than those from Meursault and Chassagne, noted Boillot.
Informazioni sul produttore

Based in Meursault and farming some of the finest vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, Henri Boillot is a leading address in Burgundy. He crafts fine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but the estate is best known for its flagship monopole vineyard, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Clos de la Mouchère.
