Note di degustazione
Clerc-Milon normally produces a soft, round, easy to understand and consume style of Pauillac. The 1991 is atypically hard and tough-textured, with a ruby color, some intriguing spicy, cinnamon, and cassis aromas, and an angular, short finish. A little more flesh on the bones would have added to its appeal. Drink it over the next 7-8 years.
