Note di degustazione
The 1999 Puligny-Montrachet Clos de La Mouchere offers detailed mineral aromas. Light to medium-bodied and delineated, this satin-textured wine has good concentration to its metal, mineral, gravel, and pear-flavored character. Well-focused and possessing an excellent finish, it is a very successful 1999. Importer: Robert Kacher Selections, Washington, DC; (202) 832-9083.

Ripe peach, apple blossom and toasty oak aromas. Silky and rich but quite dry; a classic white Burgundy with lovely purity and precision of flavor. Finishes very long and uncompromisingly dry. This should reward five or six years of cellaring.
