Note di degustazione
The 2009 St Aubin 1er Cru Remilly has a delightful, Puligny-like bouquet of nectarine and hints of limestone and white flowers. The palate is well-defined with white peach, melon and a little spice, although it wavers towards the finish, which is missing the delineation that the nose deserves. Still, it has good weight and is packed full of flavor. Drink now-2017.

Good pale color. Complex, minerally aromas of lemon, ripe apple and wet stone. Broad, ripe and showy, but with underlying stoniness giving the wine good grip. The dry, rising finish dusts the palate with spices and minerals. This has turned out very well.
Very bright and jewelly. Great freshness. Lots of minerality and precision. Not yet nearly ready – which is a good thing! (JR)
Green-tinged pale yellow. Cool aromas of lime, mint and stone. Densely packed, fresh and sweet, with noteworthy energy and cut to the spice and gunflint flavors. A very complex wine from a selection massale De Montille is replanting part of this 40-year-old vineyard with the same selection.
