Bright, pale yellow. Captivating aromas of stone fruits, flowers and honey. Sweet, dense and full, with impressive stuffing and peachy depth. This has the sheer stuffing to handle its 14% alcohol-along with 4.8 grams per liter of acidity, according to Pernot. Finishes dry, powerful, classic and long. I could see this evolving positively in bottle for a decade.

Deep straw colour. Very solid. Inexpressive at the moment though there are obviously some hidden depths. A bit stern for the moment. Possibly not the best buy from this producer. (JR)
Pale color. Estery aromas of white peach, sweet pear and flowers. Sweet, dense and silky; round and rich but with real verve. The long finish mounts slowly and builds impressively. A very promising Pucelles.
