1995 La Ricolma

One of the finest early Ricolmas, the 1995 offers an attractive combination of rich, dense fruit to complement a set of fully mature, tertiary aromatics. Sweet red cherry, tobacco, dried flowers, mint and spice wrap around the mid-weight, juicy finish. Overall, the 1995 is a bit simple and rough around the edges, but it has certainly held up well. The vintage is remembered for its cold September and late-ripening crop that was saved by a gorgeous Indian summer that October.
